Theo declares love for the Kitchenaid while hugging it. I tell him it was from his G.G. and he says, 'Thank you GG!!' We are about to make chocolate cake, which may have influenced his feelings about the machine...!
And yes, that is the mixer from the house I grew up in. It has made many a delicious batch of chocolate chip cookies, at the hands of that same GG who passed it on to us! The color is... shall we say... classic!
